First Five Minutes in Hawaii

Totally got greeted and took pictures with a pirate named Steve and his parrots Tye and Dye! Most epic beginning of a trip ever.

Friend (while watching TVD S1 Pilot): Wait, how can you like Damon? He's evil.
Me: He's hot.
Friend: But evil.
Me: He changes, don't worry.
Friend (later in the episode): I don't know how I feel about Jeremy being a stoner. Really hot, though.
Me: He changes, don't worry.
Friend (at the end): Wait, why do you like Caroline? She's really annoying.
Me: SHE CHANGES, OKAY?!

Elena, Don’t Be Silly

I am a werewolf. My best friend is Damon. My enemy is Bonnie. My lover is Katherine. I kill Elijah. I’m killed by Stefan, at the school. I survived  4 seasons. The fandom likes me.

… Despite the fact I don’t really swing that way, I’m okay with this. :)

Anonymous asked: what if the flashback on tuesday is damon killing elena's parents, would you still ship delena?

Considering as I ship Elena with who Damon is now, yes. Because that would not be not the same Damon (physically the same person, but not emotionally or mentally.)

Me: So if Elena doesn't end up with Damon I'm probably going to throw something at the television.
Friend: Who?
Me:
Me: ...
Me: ... You know, Damon. Damon and Elena. Vampire Diaries?
Friend: Oh, right. Why do you want Damon to be with Elena again?
Me:
Me:
Me: We can't be friends anymore.
Jane: blah blah blah years of research blah blah all of it gone oh no
Darcy: they stole my iPod.

my opinion of diana

Alright, I’ll be honest. People need to be mature about the Diana situation, because so far I just see/hear people who dis on the poor girl. But let’s be realistic, and not take everything as a black-and-white situation.

No character is flawless. Cassie has her quirks too, let’s not forget (and I won’t get into them). Faye has her quirks. Melissa has her quirks, etc. But now that we’re seeing Diana’s quirk/issue, we all hate her? I don’t think that’s quite appropriate. And I’ll tell you why.

Basically, you’ve probably seen other people say it. But put yourself in Diana’s shoes. She had a perfect and great life before Cassie came to Chance Harbor. She had the perfect boyfriend. She was somewhat popular. Had good grades, great father, etc. And then here comes Cassie Blake. Within weeks of getting into town, Cassie steals (not technically, but you know what I mean here) her boyfriend, wreaks havoc with their magic. And now, most recently, not only does she discover that the man who raised her isn’t her father, but that she has the potential to be just as evil as Cassie could be too? Pretty intense, I daresay.

Yes. Cassie has been through a lot. I think we can all agree on that. And what Diana said last week was harsh. But let’s be real. Maybe for a moment Diana lost control, and after all the emotional turmoil of seeing her mother, something snapped? That’s not being bitchy. That’s being a real person, with limits. All she wants is normalcy. She wants what she had before Cassie came to Chance Harbor. She wants happiness, she wants life. Is that so bad to want?

The second someone bitches at Cassie should not be the second that a character becomes annoying and horrible. The second someone wants to be with their boyfriend/guy they love instead of rushing headlong into danger is not the second someone becomes a coward and awful. It’s the second a character becomes real, and not so black/white.

By the way, if the theory that the promos from the next episode are Cassie USING dark magic ON Diana, who’s evil and horrible then? Even if she’s trying to get Diana to use her magic?

Yes.

It doesn’t matter who it is. Everyone just wants this.
